Yasawa Islands
UNDOUBTEDLY one of the most beautiful regions of Fiji are the Yasawa Islands. This chain of stunning islands stretches in a line across the blue South Pacific ocean and located north-west of the mainland. Whilst the northernmost big island of Yasawa has a small air strip allowing access from Nadi International Airport via domestic aircraft, most of the vacation resorts are accessed by seaplane, helicopter, private boat transfer or the large catamaran ferry - The Yasawa Flyer. This large ferry travels daily up and along the Yasawa islands from Port Denarau near Nadi, dropping off and picking up passengers along the way.
